No \u00e2mbito do projeto europeu Bridges2Inclusion, esta fase iniciou-se com a visita ao Centro de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o de
Estrangeiros de Leszno, onde foram conhecidas boas pr\u00e1ticas locais de acolhimento e integra\u00e7\u00e3o de migrantes.
Ao longo do dia, os migrantes apoiados pelo centro partilharam diretamente os seus percursos, desafios e
conquistas no processo de integra\u00e7\u00e3o social, educativa e profissional. Foi um momento de aprendizagem
profunda, que refor\u00e7ou a import\u00e2ncia de estruturas de proximidade, escuta ativa e respostas humanas para
uma inclus\u00e3o real e sustent\u00e1vel.
Nos dias 23 e 24 de janeiro, o cons\u00f3rcio do projeto reuniu-se presencialmente em Leszno para mais um
momento fundamental de trabalho, reflex\u00e3o e alinhamento estrat\u00e9gico.
O dia 23 foi dedicado ao contacto direto com a realidade local, atrav\u00e9s de uma visita de estudo ao Centro de
Integra\u00e7\u00e3o de Estrangeiros. Foi poss\u00edvel conhecer de perto o funcionamento do centro, as boas pr\u00e1ticas de
acolhimento e integra\u00e7\u00e3o desenvolvidas localmente e, sobretudo, ouvir os pr\u00f3prios migrantes, que partilharam
os seus percursos, desafios e experi\u00eancias.
Ainda nesse dia, foram analisados em conjunto os resultados da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 realizada pelo projeto,
comparando pr\u00e1ticas identificadas nos diferentes pa\u00edses parceiros e discutindo atividades locais relevantes.
Avan\u00e7ou-se tamb\u00e9m na defini\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura do Guia Europeu de Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida e no
enquadramento inicial da sua fase de testagem.
No dia 24 de janeiro, o foco centrou-se na dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto. Realizaram-se sess\u00f5es de trabalho
dedicadas \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia de dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo a an\u00e1lise do feedback da Ag\u00eancia Nacional, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de
melhorias necess\u00e1rias e o planeamento de materiais conjuntos. Foram igualmente definidas responsabilidades
entre os parceiros e pr\u00f3ximos passos, garantindo coer\u00eancia, impacto e visibilidade a n\u00edvel europeu. O dia
terminou com workshops criativos, refor\u00e7ando a dimens\u00e3o colaborativa e participativa do projeto.

Within the framework of the European project Bridges2Inclusion, this phase began with a visit to the Leszno
Foreigners\u2019 Integration Center, where local best practices for welcoming and integrating migrants were observed.
Throughout the day, migrants supported by the center shared their journeys, challenges, and achievements in
social, educational, and professional integration. It was a profound learning experience that highlighted the
importance of proximity-based structures, active listening, and human-centered responses for real and sustainable
inclusion.
On January 23rd and 24th, the project consortium met in Leszno for another key moment of work, reflection, and
strategic alignment. January 23rd was dedicated to direct contact with the local reality through a study visit to the
Foreigners\u2019 Integration Center. The functioning of the center, the locally developed best practices for welcoming and
integrating migrants, and the personal experiences of the migrants themselves were observed and heard firsthand.
On the same day, the consortium worked together to analyze the research results already produced by the project,
comparing practices identified across the partner countries and discussing relevant local activities. Progress was
also made in defining the structure of the European Lifelong Learning Guide and in the initial planning of its testing
phase.
On January 24th, the focus was on project dissemination. Working sessions were held to develop the dissemination
strategy, including reviewing feedback from the National Agency, identifying necessary improvements, and
planning joint materials. Responsibilities among partners and next steps were also defined, ensuring coherence,
impact, and visibility at the European level. The day concluded with creative workshops, reinforcing the
collaborative and participatory dimension of the project.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
