No dia 6 de junho, a Associação AMA A VIDA organizou a segunda edição da Caminhada Urbana Solidária pelas ruas da cidade de Fafe, reunindo dezenas de participantes numa iniciativa que aliou atividade física, convívio e solidariedade.
O valor das inscrições, bem como das vendas de bebidas, petiscos e merchandising, reverteu integralmente para apoiar a missão da associação em Benguela, Angola, prevista para julho de 2026. Como agradecimento pela participação, cada inscrito recebeu um saco/mochila com um lanche, uma caneta e uma camisola.
O evento teve início com momentos de animação e aquecimento dinamizados por um DJ e por uma professora de ginástica e dança. Ao longo do percurso, os participantes passaram por vários locais emblemáticos da cidade, como a Casa da Cultura e a Praça da Justiça, onde assistiram a uma demonstração de Jogo do Pau.
A iniciativa terminou num ambiente de grande entusiasmo, reforçando o espírito de comunidade, solidariedade e compromisso com uma causa que pretende fazer a diferença na vida de muitas pessoas.
On June 6, AMA A VIDA Association organized the second edition of its Urban Solidarity Walk through the streets of Fafe, bringing together dozens of participants in an initiative that combined physical activity, social interaction, and solidarity.
The proceeds from registrations, as well as the sale of drinks, snacks, and merchandise, were entirely dedicated to supporting the association’s mission in Benguela,
Angola, scheduled for July 2026. As a token of appreciation for their participation, each participant received a drawstring bag containing a snack, a pen, and a t-shirt.
The event began with entertainment and warm-up activities led by a DJ and a fitness and dance instructor.
Along the route, participants passed several emblematic locations in the city, including the House of Culture and Justice Square, where they enjoyed a traditional Jogo do Pau performance.
The initiative concluded in a vibrant atmosphere, strengthening the spirit of community, solidarity, and commitment to a cause that aims to make a positive difference in the lives of many people.
